  1. 家長可下載「插班生申請表」或到本校校務處索取申請表。
  2. 遞交申請表時， 請帶備申請人之出生證明、家長或監護人香港身份證及最近之成績表副本。
  3. 如有查詢，請致電 2392 0221 與本校校務處何先生聯絡。
  1. Parents can download the "Application Form for Transfer Students" or obtain the application form from the school office.
  2. When submitting the application form, please bring along the applicant's birth certificate, parent or guardian's Hong Kong identity card and a copy of the latest transcript.
